The Ceramic Advantage

Ceramic coatings are hydrophobic, meaning they will repel water and make any moisture bead or sheet easily away from a car’s surface. This is why car enthusiasts often note the product’s cleaning properties – water and dirt can’t easily stick to your vehicle. However, ceramic car coatings aren’t just functional. Our ceramic coating is typically composed of silicon dioxide silica, Si02 and TiO2, which is sourced from natural materials such as quartz and sand. When applied to a car’s paint, the two create a chemical bond with hydrophobic water repellent, properties.

The ceramic coating chemically bonds to your vehicle, which cures to create a semi-permanent surface. The ceramic coating offers, besides hydrophobic properties, advanced gloss, greater resistance to chemicals or abrasions, and UV blockers that prevent color fade and clear coat oxidation.

Benefits Of Using Ceramic Products:

  • Cars clean easier after application
  • Lasts for months
  • Decreases damage by water spotting
  • Glass has increased visibility
  • Creates a deep gloss
  • Water beads from paint and glass
  • Provides UV and paint protection

Concentrate System

AccuFill System

Understanding that space and handling are often a concern in Auto Dealerships, our 360 PRODUCTS line for dealerships has been designed with this in mind. These products are made so anyone can handle, dilute, and use them without assistance. These products are sold as concentrated quarts so all that is needed is to open, pour, and fill with water. Each quart will yield 5 gallons of a ready to use product. Now just fill and spray.

Special Benefits Include:

  • Quick and easy dilution.
  • Only small amounts of storage are required.
  • All products are non-hazardous, making them safe for anyone to handle.
  • Meet cleaner standards without the concern of people handling harsh chemicals.

The Graphene Advantage

The coating contains a black graphene oxide powder. This component enhances the surface underneath, rather than just adding a glossy layer on top. This means that while it will add gloss and depth to a glossy surface, it will not do so to a matte surface. Therefore, it can be used on matte surfaces without affecting the finish. Graphene’s thermal properties allow it to be applied in direct sunlight easily and without the worry of high spots, streaking, or a difficult buffing process. These same thermal properties also help prevent hard water spots from occurring. The graphene layer absorbs the heat, keeping the paint underneath cool, helping to prevent the hard water spots from etching into the clear coat. If water spots do occur, they should easily be wiped off. It is safe and effective on various surfaces, including paint, glass, wheels, plastic, and metal. Anti-corrosion: Due to the honeycomb like structure, Graphene is the most impermeable material ever found, this acts as a filter to humidity and salt, providing a protective barrier over the substrate, at higher levels than a non-Graphene coating.

Flexibility:

Graphene is also the most flexible and pliable material in the world, which allows the coating to bend and mold to the substrate, instead of being rigid leading to cracking and failures. Anti-Friction: Due to the thickness or lack there of, and how layers of Graphene stack and move against each other, we are able to experience less friction than traditional coatings. Durability: The strongest material known even against UV, the make-up of Graphene binds with traditional coatings to enhance overall stability and durability the coating. Increasing life-span and reducing down-time and failures.
